Clara Kwan

Clara is the legal counsel at Type One Ventures- APAC and Soul Ventures. Before that, Clara worked as Legal Counsel at Soul Ventures. Clara also worked in the capital markets team at Baker McKenzie, focusing on IPOs and compliance with listed companies. Some of the larger deals she provided advice on were Ferretti’s Hong Kong IPO, which raised USD 244 million in its listing, and Ruyi Holdings’ annual compliance. Before that, Clara worked at Deacons for corporate finance matters, in where she accumulated experience in numerous IPOs and privatization deals. She has over eight years of experience in the corporate finance industry.

Clara received her LLB degree from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and her Practical Legal Training certificate from the College of Law, New South Wales, Australia.
